Comprehensive diagnostic assessments with personalized recommendations and a clear roadmap forward.

ADHD assessments are typically completed in one 60min visit.
Medical records and any relevant evaluations or school records (e.g. IEP or 504P) should be submitted before your visit.

Written report with personalized recommendations and next steps
Your pediatrician will receive a copy of the final report and recommendations.
Where The Forest Grows does not provide ongoing medication management at this time. Any recommendations for medication, therapy, school accommodations, laboratory testing, or specialty referrals should be coordinated with your child's primary care provider. School letters can be provided as needed.

Autism assessments are typically completed over 3 visits, each lasting about 1 hour. These can be done over 2-3 days.
Medical records and any relevant evaluations or school records should be submitted before your first visit.
Visit 1: Developmental History

Discuss your concerns
Visit 2: Structured Observation
1 hr behavioral evaluation
Guided parent-child activities
This can done be via telemedicine or in person, based on your preference and your child’s needs.
Visit 3: Results & Recommendations
Review findings and possible diagnosis
Written report with personalized recommendations and next steps
Your pediatrician will receive a copy of the final report and recommendations.
An ABA referral will be provided if needed. All other recommended referrals, services, and testing (e.g. hearing, labs) should be coordinated through your primary care office.
