Where The Forest Grows is an out-of-network practice, allowing Dr. Lim to spend more time with each family and provide thoughtful, individualized care. A superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
A limited number of Washington Medicaid patients are currently being accepted. Medicaid will be billed directly, and families are not responsible for any out-of-pocket costs.
Payment is due at the time of service. HSA/FSA cards are accepted. Flexible payment plans are available.

Your Right to Receive a Good Faith Estimate
Where The Forest Grows is a self-pay practice. If you are paying out of pocket, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected charges before your visit.
You have the right to:
Receive a Good Faith Estimate before your scheduled services.
Request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling an appointment.
Keep a copy for your records.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the bill through the federal patient-provider dispute resolution process.
